Welcome to an exclusive event in Diana Haro’s studio where you make your own Pottery piece!

The class is taking place at Diana's We Are Ceramics Studio inside Long Island City Art Center Building located on 44 02 23rd Street, Long Island City, Third Floor

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a meaningful, hands-on clay workshop in New York, perfect for moms, daughters, and loved ones to connect through creativity. This cozy and welcoming ceramics class is designed for spending quality time together while making something truly special.

In this session, you’ll create your own handmade piece. You can each make up to one individual piece or collaborate on a shared project. Along the way, you’ll learn the fundamentals of handbuilding, including pinching and slab construction, with plenty of guidance in a relaxed, beginner friendly environment.

Enjoy light refreshments and a glass of bubbly as you create, making the experience feel extra special and celebratory. All materials, firing, and glazing one piece per person are included (additional pieces can be finished for a small fee see add ons!).

The class is intentionally will be at an intimate atmosphere perfect for connection, and is open to all experience levels. Whether you’re celebrating with your mom, a mother figure, or simply honoring the day together, you’ll leave with meaningful handmade pieces and lasting memories.
